Booking information & conditions of reservation:
The required deposit of £10 per person is non-refundable.
1. Balances for the final numbers must be paid
in full by November 1st 2007. Failure to do so
may result in cancellation of the booking and
loss of deposit. If booked after 1st November
payment in full is required at the time of booking.
2. Party organisers are asked to advise guests
in the party of the dress code as follows: strictly
no denim. Gentlemen must wear a smart shirt. Management
have the right to refuse admission to anyone who
is not suitably dressed.
3. Organisers are requested to restrict your party
to responsible persons over the age of 18 years.
You, as organisers, are responsible for the behaviour
of ALL your guests throughout the evening. If
any member of your party should be disruptive
or in any way threaten the enjoyment of other
visitors, the whole party may be asked to leave
the premises.
4. We do not accept “all male” parties, except
for formal functions or where authorisation has
been provided by the Management in advance.
5. The Management reserve the right to change
the entertainment, should the cabaret booked not
appear.
6. All acts, prices and menus are subject to change
without prior notice.
7. The Management reserves the right to refuse
admission to any guests who are; non-suitably
dressed, under the infl uence of alcohol and /
or the party has not been authorised. No refunds
will be given.
8. Please note: Dining times are allocated to
each party and need to be kept to schedule for
the evening. If your party misses its allocated
dining time, you will be served at the next available
time which will be advised by the Duty Manager.
9. Cancellation policy: In all cases the £10 deposit
is automatically forfeited. For a reduction in
numbers advised between 28 days and 14 days before
the function, a credit note for another night
will be considered. Any credit note made will
exclude the £10.00 deposit. This consideration
will only apply up to a maximum of 10% of the
numbers of the original booking. Any cancellation
in numbers over 10% of the numbers will be a total
forfeit. For a reduction in numbers advised between
14 days and the night of the function, no refunds
will be made. |
