Park Attendant
Required to work 10am - 6pm on entrance
gate to car park. Good customer service
skills essential. Position available from
Mid July until end of October 2010, all

Shift
Leader
Required to work in our new Big Deal family
restaurant and Subway restaurant. You must
have previous supervisory experience, be
able to work under pressure and lead by

Kitchen/Pot
Wash Assistant
Required to work in kitchen assisting with
washing up of pots/pans, accepting deliveries
etc.
Day shifts from 11am to 3pm and evening
shifts from either 6,7 or 8pm.
Full training and uniform provided. Position
from now until October.
Food
& Beverage Assistants
To work in several of our bar and catering
venues.. Must be 16 years of age or over,
18 years of age to work behind the bar.
Mixture of day and evening shifts, both
part and full time hours. Start date from
17 May onwards. Seasonal contract until
the end of October. Full training and uniform
provided. Rate of pay exceeds minimum wage.
Head
Chef
Head Chef required for new family restaurant.
Previous experience in similar role essential.
Duties include running a kitchen with up
to 4 chefs, stock control, adhering to Company
and food hygiene procedures. Ordering, waste
control and team leading and motivation.
This is an all year round position. Job

Chefs/Cooks
Seasonal position from now until end of
October. Basic cooking experience required
but training available.
