Star on TV with Sooty…..

Calling all Sooty fans we need you!!!

Sooty, the children’s television icon famed for his anarchic activities, is filming his new tv show at Brean Leisure Park!

Children are invited to come and be part of the show on Wednesday 1st July at 7pm - 9.30pm. The action takes place at The Tavern, Brean Leisure Park.

Children and their parents are to play the parts of audience members of Sooty’s Got Talent as well as joining in the fun at Sooty’s disco!! Every child attending will be given a free Sooty puppet to take home as well a FREE unlimited ride wristband to be used at Brean Leisure Park any time this season. All this and a starring part in the legendary Sooty show. Children should be aged 3 and above.

Long standing TV presenter of the show Richard Cadell said “Being a local lad it has been an ambition of mine to shoot an episode around Brean. As well as filming in The Tavern the story also takes us onto Brean Beach and includes a visit to Secret World…It’s very exciting”

Having bought laughter and enjoyment to many generations of viewing children (and adults!), Sooty will be also be appearing at Brean Leisure Park on Saturday 11th July & 5th September 2009, where he will be giving a FREE show at 3pm in Wimpy Restaurant on the resort alongside CITV’s Richard Cadell. Richard describes his favourite day as any day when Sooty didn’t squirt him in the face with a Water Pistol to wake him up, so you can guarantee that if you come along, there will be fun, laughs and mischief galore!
