Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Update
We’re making some changes!
You’ll have seen that from Monday 19 July, most Covid restrictions will be lifted, meaning there will be no requirement for social distancing; no limits on social contact; and no restrictions to households mixing in accommodation and across our camping and touring pitches. Yay!
Here’s how your holiday will look from the 19th July.
Restaurants and bars
All our restaurants and bars will be open, and you will be able to approach the bar or food counter to order. Most of our takeaway outlets have an online ordering facility so you can order in advance and simply collect. You can order via the Holiday Resort Unity app or online at www.brean.com/dining
Entertainment
Dancing will be allowed - see you on the dancefloor! There will no longer be a need to book a table in RJ’s. Evening entertainment will also be available at the Thatcher's Pavilion; a new marquee area for 2021, and pre-booking is no longer required.
Activities, swimming and soft play
Our online pre-booking systems will remain in place for the waterpark and soft play. However, capacity will be increased. Our changing rooms will also open. Booking can be made via the app or via the attraction pages: www.breansplash.com or www.breanplay.com To speed up your experience at the waterpark we’d encourage you to arrive changed.
Shower and toilet facilities
We will have increased ventilation in place. We encourage guests with on-board shower and toilet facilities to use them to reduce numbers in the blocks and help keep everyone safe. We will be carrying out more frequent inspections and cleaning, and you can help us by ensuring all areas are left clean and tidy for other guests to use.
Accommodation
Our contactless check-in will remain in place. Our cleaning standards remain a high standard throughout all accommodation. Information will be given to your 48 hours prior to your arrival regarding our contactless check-in.
Reducing the risk
We are keeping all hand sanitiser points and counter protection screens in place for yours and our team’s safety. Please do your part to keep everybody safe and healthy, and help reduce the risk of Covid spreading.
Face coverings
Masks will not be mandatory throughout our venues, attractions, amenities and shops, however, in-line with government guidance, we recommend you wear one when moving through busy areas. Some of our team members will continue to wear a face-covering in some indoor areas.
Track and Trace
We recommend you continue to check into our venues using the NHS QR codes, however this is no longer mandatory.
Thank you
Thank you for continuing to help us keep our people and our sites safe. We appreciate your patience during these challenging times.
Now, more than ever, it’s important to take a break, recharge, and look after yourself and your family.
